ABSTRACT
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become a revolutionary element in the banking industry, greatly improving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and risk management. This research explores the impact of AI in banking, particularly within the Indian context. By utilizing secondary data from various reports, journals, and publications from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), the study evaluates the applications of AI, its advantages, challenges, and future outlook. The results indicate that the adoption of AI is on the rise, leading to notable enhancements in efficiency, fraud detection, and financial inclusion. Nevertheless, issues such as data privacy, regulatory challenges, and ethical dilemmas continue to pose significant concerns.
